While the current Long Term Care System provides quality assessment and services, the long term care network is often a complicated maze for people seeking services for the elderly and persons with disabilities. The Aging and Disability Resource Center initiative, will build on the strengths of the current system and enhance opportunities for people to receive services in a seamless and highly responsive manner.
