Welcome to the Waupaca County Highway Department web site. 

We hope the information found here will be beneficial to you.  The Highway Department is responsible for many functions in the county including, but not limited to:

• The planning, designing, constructing, and maintaining of the county highway system.
• The maintaining of all state highways that travel through Waupaca County.
• The maintaining of many town road systems that hold maintenance agreements with us.

We also invite you to review our proposed 5-year 2007-2011 Capital Improvements Program and the roads that we plan to update in that time span.
