   The UW-Extension is present in each Wisconsin County. Their goal is to make the resources and knowledge of the University System available to all the people of the State - commonly known as the " Wisconsin Idea". 

   There are six faculty members of the UW-Extension Office. These educators teach classes  and provide leadership in informal settings through advising, training and facilitating. 

   UW- Extension programs are offered by satellite, wisline, radio, newspaper and publications in the following areas: 4-H Youth Development, Community, Natural Resources and Economic Development; Family Living and WNEP; and Agriculture, Natural Resource Education.
